How do I turn the transmitter off (or on)?

In rare situations, you may have a need to turn the transmitter off or on.  Such situations would include the station going off the air for an extended period, either because there is no one to host the air time, or because of a technical issue.  

(Our transmitter is installed on the top floor of Lake Park Tower Apartments in East Cleveland.  If the power goes out at Lake Park Tower, the transmitter will automatically turn back on when the building is restored to full power and the elevators are fully operational.)
