How do I adjust the microphone settings?

For the most part, the microphone settings work pretty well for the diversity of voices we have at WRUW.  However, on occasion, some of our more adventuresome programmers like to modify the sound quality of their voice by changing the overall microphone processing.  

These settings were designed to be adjusted by anyone at any time, on any mic channel, in either studio.
