How do I submit a piece of production for review?
- When finished with your production piece, save the final mixdown as a 128kbps MP3 file. When saving files in Adobe Audition you can't just type .mp3 at the end of your filename and assume it saves as mp3. It will still save it as a wave file if you do this.
You need to manually select "mp3PRO" under the "Save As Type:" selection in the Save As window to save as an MP3. - Find the D:!Production Submissions folder on the desktop of the production computer.
Open the folder and create a folder using your name, if you have not already done so. The folder should only be titled using your name. - Copy the final MP3 of your production into your Production Submissions folder.
- Rename your MP3 file with only the TITLE of the production piece. Do NOT put "WRUW", "PSA", "Promo" or anything else into the name.

Ravers Edge.mp3 - Send an email to the Production Director Production ([email protected]) in the following format:
The subject of the email should read PRODUCTION SUBMISSION. Do not put anything else in the subject line. The Production Director gets a lot of email and if the subject is something else, it may be missed.
In the email itself, include the following information: (for ease of use, you can select the text in this box and copy it to your email) - Send your email! That's it. You're done!
