The board / console is frozen. I can't use the board at all. It's locked up.

If the console in either studio has frozen or locked up, proceed as follows:

If the Studio C (air studio) console has frozen or locked up during your show, do NOT file a Helpdesk ticket.  CALL the Technical Director immediately.  Then, follow the instructions for putting Studio B on the air.  Even if the production studio is in use by someone else, you can ask them to leave so you can use the studio for broadcasting.  

If the Studio B (production) console has frozen or locked up, file a Helpdesk ticket AND call the Technical Director immediately.
