I put a call on hold in one studio, but can't grab it in the other studio

The Telos phone system is configured to control our phone lines independently.  

If you answer a phone line in one studio, the same phone line cannot be answered in the other studio at the same time.  (Yes, you used to be able to do this, but now you can't with the Telos phones.)

If you put a call on Hold in one studio, you cannot take it out of Hold in the other studio.  This is normal operation of our new phones.

If you put a call on Hold in one studio, you CAN take it out of Hold by picking up the line on the Studio A phone or the Office phone.  Those phones operate outside of the Telos system, and operate like any regular phone.
